This special soup base was actually derived from a combination of recipe taken from Taiwan, Hong-Kong and Szechuan, China. Macau Pork Bone Soup Base
Made popular in Macau, this soup is brewed with many chunks of huge pork bones for 7 to 8 hours everyday so that it produces a sweet and tasty base. What makes this base so special is that each serving is given a huge pork bone with a straw. The straw is used to suck the bone marrow out from the pork bone where the marrow is the tastiest once its cooked.
